Öncelikle DEBİS hesabınıza giriniz ve hesabınızın aktif olduğundan emin olunuz. DEBİS hesabınıza giremiyorsanız, SAKAİ uzaktan eğitim portalına da giremezsiniz. DEBİS hesabınıza üniversitemize kayıt olurken size verilen ……@ogr.deu.edu.tr uzantılı kullanıcı adı ve şifre ile girebilirsiniz. Eğer bu hesabınıza erişemiyorsanız ivedilikle admin@deu.edu.tr adresine e-mail atınız. SAKAİ  uzaktan eğitim portalına  giriş yapabiliyorsanız, destek.deuzem.deu.edu.tr adresindeki öğrenci kullanım videolarını izleyerek sistemin işleyişi hakkında bilgi edinebilirsiniz.

30 Eylül Çarşamba 09.00 ile 01 Ekim Perşembe 17.00 saatleri arası “ORYANTASYON TESTİ” yapılacaktır. Bu test İngilizce bilginizi ölçen bir test değildir. Uygulanacak olan testin amacı daha sonra yapılacak olan Düzey Belirleme Sınavından önce sizlere sistemin nasıl çalıştığını uygulamalı olarak göstermek ve olası aksaklıkları önceden tespit edip bir çözüm bulabilmektir. Bunun için ORYANTASYON testine katılmanız ve bir sorunla karşılaşmanız halinde aşağıdaki linki tıklatarak sorunu bize bildirmeniz önemle rica olunur.

Sınava başlamadan önce,

• Kablolu internet bağlantınız olduğundan emin olunuz.

Sınav süresince,

• Tek bir tarayıcıdan giriniz.
• online.deu.edu.tr adresine gidip, 2020-2021 güz dönemini seçiniz.
• Kullanıcı adınız (….@ogr.deu.edu.tr) ve şifrenizle giriş yapınız.
• “YDY oryantasyon testi” isimli dersi tıklayınız.
• Kısa Sınavlar ve Testler sekmesine giriniz.
• YDY oryantasyon testi isimli sınava tıklayınız.
• Sırasıyla
• “Dürüstlük onayı” tıklayın
• “Sınava başla” tıklayın
• Verdiğiniz her cevaptan sonra “ileri” butonuna tıklayın. Bir önceki soruya dönmek için “geri” butonunu kullanın.
• Kaydet butonuna tıklayıp oturumu kapatırsanız sınav kaydedilir ancak gönderim sağlanmaz. Kaydet butonu, çıkmak durumunda kalmanız halinde tekrar sisteme girdiğinizde sınava kaldığınız yerden devam edebilmeniz içindir. (Kaydettiğiniz sınavı belirtilen süre içinde tamamlayıp değerlendirme yapılabilmesi için göndermeniz gerekmektedir. Aksi takdirde, sınav süresi bitiminde kaydettiğiniz kadarı otomatik olarak sistem tarafından değerlendirme için gönderilecektir.) “Notlandırılmak üzere gönder” seçeneğine tıkladığınızda sınavınız değerlendirilmek üzere ilgili birime yollanır. 

Dear Students,

Log into your DEBIS account and make sure your account is activated. If you cannot log into your DEBIS account, you will not be able to enter SAKAI online education platform either.

You can reach your DEBIS account with the username (……@ogr.deu.edu.tr) and the password given to you during your enrolment at our university. If you cannot access your account, you should send an email to admin@deu.edu.tr as soon as possible. If you access SAKAI online education platform, you can get information about how the system works by watching the videos provided for students at destek.deuzem.deu.edu.tr.

A PRACTICE test will be given between September 30^th Wednesday at 9.00 am and October 1^st Thursday at 5 pm. This test is not to assess your English competency. The aim of the test is to show you how this system works in practice before you take the Placement test later and to find the solution to any problems which may come up. That is why it is vital that you take the PRACTICE test and click on the link below if you encounter a problem and inform us about it in detail.

Problem Reported Form

Before you take the exam, make sure that you have a wired internet connection.

During the exam,

• avoid opening new tabs or windows
• click on online.deu.edu.tr and choose 2020-2021 FALL term (GÜZ dönemi)
• log in with your username (……@ogr.deu.edu.tr) and your password
• click on the lesson YDY ORYANTASYON TESTI
• choose the tab called Tests and Quizzes (Kısa Sınavlar ve Testler)
• click on the YDY PRACTICE TEST YDY ORYANTASYON TESTI
• then click on
• Honour pledge (Dürüstlük onayı)
• Begin assessment (Sınava başla)
• Click NEXT (İLERİ) after each answer you give and BACK (GERİ) to go back to the previous question (s)
• During the exam, if you click on the SAVE (KAYDET) button and close the session, your assessment will be saved but not submitted. The SAVE button allows you to continue the exam from where you left when you need to log off and on again. (You need to SAVE and SUBMIT the exam for assessment before the expiration of the allotted time, otherwise when the exam time is over, the system will automatically send the answers that you have saved.) When you click on SUBMIT FOR GRADING (NOTLANDIRILMAK ÜZERE GONDER), your exam is sent to the relevant unit to be graded.
