Courses Coordination Office

The Courses Coordination Office is generally responsible for organizing language courses and ensuring that they are conducted smoothly and effectively. It carries out all necessary work to ensure the proper functioning of foreign language courses offered by the School of Foreign Languages through the Revolving Fund Unit. These duties include organizing course content, determining course fees, appointing instructors, and managing related processes.

The courses planned by the Courses Coordination Office are grouped under three main categories:

Courses Offered Throughout the Academic Year

These include General Foreign Language, Writing, and Speaking courses conducted throughout the academic year. Participants who fulfill the course requirements are awarded a Certificate of Participation upon completion. In addition, preparation and training courses for YDS, TOEFL, and IELTS are organized on a semester basis.

Summer Courses

During the summer term, in addition to the courses offered throughout the academic year, proficiency exam preparation and test-solving courses are also organized.

Institution-Specific Courses

Courses may also be planned each term in response to requests from various public institutions, organizations, and communities.
