Institutionalization

The School of Foreign Languages aims to maintain and develop its activities independently of any individual’s presence by establishing a democratic structure based on broad participation. In this context, the working methods and processes of all units within the School have been clearly defined, including their duties and responsibilities, creating a democratic framework where authority and accountability are shared.

Transparency

The School of Foreign Languages adopts the principle of transparency in its administration, based on information sharing and accountability. In line with this principle, communication between the administration, academic staff, and students has been made more effective and participatory.

Justice

The School of Foreign Languages conducts its operations with a staff composed of 110 academic members, 9 foreign academic members, and 19 administrative personnel, prioritizing individual rights and equality in all processes.
