School of Foreign Languages aims a democratic structure based on cooperation of majority in order to maintain and improve its functions without depending on the presence of certain individuals. Because of this, by defining the form and mechanism along with duties and responsibilities of all units in our school, a democratic structure was organized in which authority and responsibility is shared.
Transparency
School of Foreign Languages internalized the principle of transparency in administration grounding on the responsibility of sharing information and accountability; hence it turned the communication among administration, academic staff, and students into a more efficient and cooperative form.
Fairness
School of Foreign Languages carries out its functions with its academic and administrative staff by building a firm basis for individual rights and fairness.
