Exam Development Unit
The Exam Development Unit is responsible for the planning, writing, administration, supervision, and archiving of all examinations conducted throughout the academic year within the Preparatory Program.
Within this scope, the Unit carries out the following activities:

Determining examination dates

Announcing exam content and schedules to students and academic staff

Preparing and administering examinations

Conducting statistical analyses of exam results

Organizing standardization sessions for the assessment of writing exams

Ensuring and improving alignment between exam content and the curriculum

Archiving examination materials
-
Coordinating with the IT Unit to ensure the evaluation and processing of exam results
-
Reviewing and responding to formal objections regarding material errors in exam results
