To ensure the effective and well-organized implementation of the preparatory education carried out under the Department of Foreign Language Preparatory Programs, English, German, French, and Russian Coordinatorships operate within the unit.

The Coordinatorships are responsible for the preparation and administration of the Placement and Exemption Exams held at the beginning of each academic year, as well as the monthly exams, quizzes, and proficiency exams conducted throughout the academic year. They are also responsible for preparing and administering various foreign language exams requested by the University Rectorate, ensuring that all examinations are conducted in accordance with relevant rules and regulations.

Based on the results of the Placement and Exemption Exams held at the beginning of the academic year, the Preparatory Program Coordinatorships group students who will attend the preparatory program according to their scores and place them into appropriate levels, thereby forming the classes accordingly.
